His images have graced the pages of several publications including: Disabled American Veterans, Endless Vacation Magazine, Reiman Publications, Outdoor Life, The L.A. Times, Horse Illustrated, Travel America, Texas Highways, The Daily Word, Audubon Calendars, Browntrout Calendars, Cedco Publishing, Time Factory Calendars, Mead/Westvaco Calendars, American GeoGraphics, and Webshots.

He also received a Bronze Award from The International Regional Magazine Association, for an image published in Texas Highways.

Mike lives with his wife, Debbie, their two dogs, and two cats. At times they also share their home with whatever photographic subjects Mike finds while traveling.
